01  Problem 
With the rise of buy now, pay later apps such as Klarna and Afterpay, Citi Retail Services recognized the need to tap into this emerging market. 
The challenge was to create a seamless onboarding experience for users and design an intuitive interface that allowed them to easily review and manage their installment plans from a Citi perspective.
02  Process
I focused on information architecture, wireframing, and visual design, incorporating monochromatic colors and concentric circles to align with Citi's branding.
Usability testing and ongoing feedback from users plan to guide iterative improvements, leading to a successful launch, with post-launch maintenance and updates arranged for the future.​​​​​​​
