01  Navigating Tool Transition
The move of Citi Retail Services library from Sketch to Figma presented challenges given the latter's more robust features, such as auto layout and slot components, crucial for handling the project's complexity.
Navigating this transition required meticulous planning, decision-making, and fostering collaboration across UX/UI teams, developers, and the client to ensure a seamless user experience.
02  Process
In the "Prep for Specs" phase, I began designing and structuring the components in Figma, paying close attention to maintaining consistency and addressing any discrepancies between the Sketch and Figma versions.
Transitioning to the "Handoff Specs" phase, collaboration with UX and development teams was paramount. Through regular meetings and detailed annotations, I facilitated seamless communication, providing insights into design decisions, interaction behaviors, and considerations for responsive design.
