Within Citi Retail Services, every partner boasts a distinctive private label credit card. When enhancing the design systems for each, our objective was twofold: to foster brand loyalty and trust while strategically driving acquisition, enticing more customers to enroll in the partner credit card program.
In my capacity, I played a pivotal role in upkeeping these design systems, conducting visual quality assurances to ensure uniformity across all partners and breakpoints, thereby reinforcing a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
